Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment for your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment rate (Domestic): Minimum RM10.

Shipment rate (International): Minimum RM50.

Shipment method (Domestic): Nationwide Express/Pos Laju/SkyNet [1-3 business days].

Shipment method (International): Pos Malaysia [1-14 business days].

Overnight delivery is not available for both domestic and international orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking Code will be emailed once order has been shipped to courier. Tracking Code will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

PeaceBeUponYou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Loss of Parcel

PeaceBeUponYou is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Exchange and return can be given for faulty workmanship or wrongly sent items only.

You have 7 calendar days (Peninsula Malaysia & East Malaysia) / 14 calendar days (International) to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn + unused + unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, including free gifts (if any). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind or wrong size purchased are not accepted at all.

Free shipping is only applicable for wrongly sent items or defective items. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund & exchange.
